SB 1293: Recall Elections: Notice of Intention: Published Information
Senate Bill 1293 requires the published copy of the notice of intention to omit the proponents’ signatures and street addresses and requires elections officials and the Secretary of State to redact that information before making the notice of intention available to the public.
